How it all began

The bouillon cube was the first product that Hügli introduced in Switzerland in 1935.

We have constantly developed our core products since then and have continued to innovate. In addition to traditional bouillons, we offer various flavours, which can be used in soups, sauces, seasonings and ready-made meals.
