We recognise that an important part of any customer relationship is the level of service they receive. Any Food Service business needs to be confident that their order is delivered in full and on time.

This is the minimum you can expect from us, often though a customer has to meet an increased demand and then the pressure is on to deliver faster or in larger quantity to meet the customers exacting needs.

Our customer care team is the hub of our business which will

  • keep you up to date with the progress of your order
  • be the first contact point for the full range of our services including samples, price lists or specifications
  • be committed to helping our customers with even the most difficult request and will always respond in a positive and timely manner

 

Many of our larger customer require timed deliveries and often assess our performance. Our aim is always to keep our customer service levels at 100%.
