Hügli Food Industry presents itself at Food Ingredients Europe

In December 21, the Food Ingredients Europe took place in Hamburg. Food Industry from Hügli was present on site.

Successful performance despite adverse conditions

The preparations for the Food Ingredients Europe trade fair in Frankfurt were characterised by uncertainties and constantly changing admission regulations due to the acute corona situation worldwide. The Food Industry team put a lot of heart and soul into the preparations and into an innovative presentation. The work was worth it, because the fair was a complete success. Under the motto "More time for less", many intensive discussions were held with interested visitors. This resulted in several new projects for Hügli.

Rocking horses made from exhibition walls

At the end of March, Hügli's staff restaurant in Steinach SG, Switzerland, was the venue for an internal snack tasting organised by Hügli Food Industry. This Hügli division specialises in the production of flavouring components for the food and snack processing industry.
