This is achieved at our innovation meetings in an interplay between development, marketing, key account management and the customer. Intensive market research is carried out for the respective customer and trendy snack seasonings are developed on a customised basis.

Our innovation meeting at Hügli Food Industry is the ideal place to implement creative ideas. Together with our experienced team, you will develop customised samples that meet your requirements. The focus is on tastings where you can test and evaluate new flavours. We also offer presentations with current market information and trends in the food industry. Customers can submit topics that are currently of interest to them and the innovation meeting will then be focussed on these topics. Our goal: high-quality products and an inspiring exchange for future innovations.

Developing successful product ideas together

Our tasting samples are carefully compiled and offer you the opportunity to concretise your ideas and gather inspiration for future products. We firmly believe that the best results are achieved through the exchange of ideas and collaboration in a creative environment. Last but not least, our customers have been able to launch successful products on the market following such innovation meetings. This has resulted in snacks from renowned companies such as Alka Group Romania. As well as various sauces for our sister company Hilcona AG and meat marinades for Bell Schweiz AG.

Adventures in Kleinwalsertal

The annual experiential education week for our first-year apprentices took place at the end of June. This year, 12 apprentices travelled to Kleinwalsertal, Austria. The group was a colourful mix: different age groups, two locations and five professions. Business people, dual students, logistics specialists, mechatronics engineers and IT specialists were all on the trip. The focus was on getting to know each other and gaining valuable experience.
