Hügli as title sponsor at Young Chefs Unplugged in Rankweil (AT)

In October 2022, the Young Chefs Unplugged event took place for the 4th time. The chefs' associations of Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg and South Tyrol offer a knowledge platform for young chefs with workshops, presentations and much more.

Knowledge Congress for the Young in the Kitchen

About 300 chefs from all German-speaking parts of Europe met in October in Rankweil, Austria, for the largest international knowledge congress. The event was organised by Koch G5, the federation of the five chefs' associations from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, South Tyrol and Luxembourg. Young chefs from all five member countries were on site. They had come individually or in groups, some together with their chefs and many with colleagues from the same company or vocational school class.
